01

Start on a small screen

Read the first screen and ask whether the business and next step are clear. Check that headings fit, controls are easy to use, and important text is readable without zooming.

02

Follow the whole inquiry journey

Click a call to action, complete the form with test data, and inspect the result. Test missing required details and a failed request. Confirm where submissions are stored and who receives the notification.

03

Review the pages search engines see

Check titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, a sitemap, and robots directives. Ensure preview and internal pages are not presented as public search content. Use descriptive headings and links.

04

Make the handoff explicit

Record who can update the site, manage the domains, review leads, and fix urgent issues. Keep account credentials private and accessible to authorized people. A launch is easier to maintain when ownership is clear.
